The first step is to sign up for the application. To do so, select Register from the left menu. Please keep in mind that this is only the first time, and you do not need to register again as long as the app is installed on your device.
You’ve arrived at the main page, and your application now has more keys.
You must enter your service request with the START! button in the second step. Then you see the arrangement of food equipment.

In this step, you must determine the service’s specifics, such as service type, device name, brand, and serial number.
By submitting this information, one of the technicians will contact you and you may be asked additional questions. You can talk to him. In the chat, you can send videos and images.
This communication will take a little longer, but it will undoubtedly yield the best results. Finally, the service will be completed with your approval.
The final step is your assessment of the technician. You can check the status of your service at any time. To view it, go to the left-hand menu and select service status.
